We are a woman-owned business
founded in 2009 by Marcia Kebbon.

Growing up in NYC with a fashion illustrator and ad executive as parents, a path in commercial arts felt inevitable.

After graduating from RISD, I began as an assistant to fashion photographer Francesco Scavullo, working alongside icons like Oribe, Kevin Aucoin, Linda Evangelista, and Diana Ross. Quickly realizing photography wasn’t my calling, I pivoted to the business side—managing studios, editorial, and production—culminating in my dream role: leading the commercial photo division for National Geographic’s renowned photojournalists. For nearly a decade, I connected clients, production, and photographers, creating campaigns for Apple, Ford, Nikon, and more.

Seeking a corporate perspective, I joined Getty Images as a Director to rebuild their Photo Assignment division, Orchard. There, I met my creative partner, and two years later, we founded Plum Reps—an intimate, boutique agency dedicated to nurturing exceptional visual artists.

Fifteen years on, I’m privileged to work with an inspiring team and a collaborative community of agents, artists, and clients. The journey has been nothing short of fulfilling.
